"Artemi's House" is a mansion house refurbished in a way so as to look the same as in the 19th century. The old room of Zagori, the sitting room with the Byzantine fireplace (the only one in Greece), the "good" room with the wall-painting of Napoleon and Josephine and the traditional beds round the fireplaces of the house are waiting to host you and introduce you to the tradition and nobleness of Zagori.

Mrs Rena Tobler the manager of Public Relations of the "Great Bretania" Hotel, put forward "Artemi's House" as one of the ten best hotels in the world. And she explains the reasons why:

Because it is a part of the uniqueness of the place it belongs.
Because it is perfectly preserved until now since the beginning of 1800 when it was built.
Because the fireplace of the room where I slept is painted with Napoleon and Josephine's wedding.
Because in the shared fridge of the kitchen there is a bottle of chilled tsipouro for the guests.
Because on the shelves there is everything needed to make coffee, tea picked from the mountains, cacao at any time.
Because there is a notepad and a pencil where you can write down what you have taken away.
Because everything is bright clean.
Because everything exudes authenticity and kindness.
Because while you are leaving you mutter "everything was real".
